I've been working on a cookbook for my children. Not anything fancy, just a book of family favorite recipes.  I let the project overwhelm me and have kind of been ignoring this goal.  This week I had the opportunity to teach a little cooking class to the 16 - 18 year old girls from church. I was really happy to get to know these girls and their leaders.  This gave me a perfect opportunity to make some progress on my cookbook. 

I call this section Dorm Room Party Foods. All of these recipes can be made with a dorm size microwave and fridge. Nothing like fun snacks to draw people to a party or to motivate a study session. :-)
