Though it is difficult for me to imagine, not everyone likes to take detailed general conference notes. So.. for these friends, this is a Session Recap form.   Please know, I found one online but I didn't love it so I copied and made some changes.  (I want to give credit to the original writer, but I can't find it.  I will keep looking. :-{ and add an updates. )
